Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy:

Kaashmaala provides a Sic Month Luxe Warranty for plating of all our demi-fine jewellery pieces, ensuring you can enjoy the jewellery the way you want to!

 Claim Process:

  1. Capture a photo of the tarnished item.
  2. Email support@kaashmaala.com with your order number, photo evidence, and the claim.
  3. Self-ship the product to our warehouse address (115, LIG C, KHB Surya Elegance, Gulla Reddy Layout, Chandapura, Bommasandra, Bangalore, Karnataka 560099) and share courier details with AWB number.
  4. Upon receiving the product, you'll receive store credit based on the credit terms given below which will be valid for 3 months from the issue date.

Credit Terms:

- 0-6 months: 15% of invoice value
- 3-6 months: 10% of invoice value

 

Exclusions from Warranty:

- Damage or breakage because of wear and tear.
- Third-party resizing or alterations.
- Damage to zirconia crystals due to mishandling.
- Loss of crystals or stones on the jewellery
- Not applicable on luxury handcrafted sets.

 

Jewelry Care Tips:

- Kaashmaala jewellery is crafted for daily use. There are no do's and don'ts ! Just enjoy it everyday the way you want to!!

 

Breakage Warranty:

- As we mentioned above, there is no breakage warranty as such and it excluded from our Warranty Policy.
