Return Policy
We entertain return and refund requests only in case the product is found defective/ damaged during transit or is missing. As per return/ exchange policy, only if the product is found defective or in case of missing product, it will be returned or replaced with a fresh piece. Kaashmaala reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
You are required to record a complete unboxing video from start to end and without any cuts in between. The video should clearly show the outer packaging along with your address label, the inner contents and the product received inside.
Damages and issues:
DO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER IF THE PARCEL SEEMS DAMAGED/ TORN WHILE YOU RECEIVE IT DURING DELIVERY!
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us within 2 days of receiving the order, if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, with a parcel opening video so that we can evaluate the issue and take action. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the return/exchange request.
In case a user buys multiple products, only the damaged product will be accepted.
You will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the damaged item(s) within 7 days after the product is received by us.
We won’t be charging you any return shipping or handling fees.
NOTE-
- The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
- We will arrange a reverse pick up from the address
- Return/ exchange will only be accepted if you provide a parcel opening video.
- If your return is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- In case of returns, it will be processed within 7-14 working days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and products from special collection on sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds-
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@kaashmaala.com.
NOTE-
- Only in case of damaged products, we initiate and process the refunds within 7-14 working days.
